Youth2YoungAdult Better Tomorrow – This program is designed to eradicate negative thought patterns due to negative experiences or messages that perpetuate depression, low-self and hopelessness. It will teach foundational principles to build self-worth and healthy self-identity, while promote HOPE for future possibilities beyond past experiences or current circumstances. This program will focus on providing prosocial and leadership development to enrich the lives of youth and position them for a better tomorrow. We will engage in conflict resolution, anger management, relationship building, basic life skills, and more in an effort to prepare them for future leadership roles within their families, community and in their schools.
This program will be offered from Sept. to April, and will meet on twice a month for three months; then, will meet once a month for four months.
These programs will be accomplished by offering a core curriculum, a number of workshops, seminars, and other supportive services over a 06/12 month period after identifying the individual needs through a needs assessment test. In addition, the information will also be used to determine if individual counseling via a certified counselor or other intervention services are needed for each of the participants.
The ‘R4You’(Receive, Relieve, Reset and Restore)Initiative , is designed to permanently change and the lives of at-risk youth and young adults, male and female, between the ages of 16-23 by providing emotional and psychological support while teaching life governing principles to reset and change the mindset in order to restore hope and motivation to pursue, discover and embrace new opportunities that will enable growth, development and productivity in order to redirect and improve their lives and empower them to evolve into contributing members of society that will ultimately benefit and enhance the community in which they live. This program will target youth who are homeless due to parental neglect / abandonment or young adults who have aged out of foster care systems and need support and guidance to further their advancement, or those youth and young adults who have been plagued or victims from other societal woes/ issues that places the participants in at-risk status.
Teen Abstinence and Enrichment Program – This program is designed to develop foundational principles and teach how to apply those principles to life application. The goals are to encourage abstinence in order to reduce the number of teen pregnancies, lessen the dropout rate, removal of agency dependency and to promote enthusiasms for higher education goals. For those participants that are expecting or already have children an additional goal would be to encourage no additional pregnancies through teaching abstinence plus planned parenting and sessions on how to be a better parent. The parenting sessions are provided in order to reduce issues of child abuse and neglect amongst this group.
This program will be accomplished by offering a core curriculum, a number of seminars, mentoring, conferences, mission trips and other supportive services over a 12/18 month period after identifying the individual social needs through a needs assessment test. In addition, the information will also be used to assign tutorial services as needed and mentors for each of the participants. Tutors and mentors will be assigned to offer sound support and ongoing involvement and encouragement to reinforce a healthy selfefficacy position. There will be additional support services such as counseling via certified counselors, daycare service or assistance with finding affordable day care service during school hours. We will also assist with identifying other services or programs in place, such as affordable or subsidized housing in an effort to offer on-going support for those participants who are either expecting or already have children.
Building Bridges - Parenting Institute is designed encourage positive parenting practices that promote safety, well-being, and permanency for children and families. We will provide tools and strategies to provide a positive and nurturing home environment where children and teens can thrive physically, emotionally, and cognitively. Our parent education course will help parents and caregivers acquire the skills, knowledge, resources, and support to develop skills to enhance child and family well-being in order to build healthy families and stronger communities.

Better Together Program - Relationship Building – This program is designed to teach foundational principles for building and maintaining sound relationships that provide support, stability, and contributes towards emotional/psychological wellbeing. It will provide practical concepts and processes to build stronger relationships and to heal strain or broken relationships to build stronger bonds between parents and children, spouses and families that will ultimately benefit the community as a whole. The goals of this program are to reduce or alleviate stress related symptoms that lead to depression, and other health related matters; to decrease divorce rate, suicidal ideation, homelessness and other negative community issues. We will explore topics such as: Art of Communication, Foundational Principles, Power of Forgiveness, and Core Longings.

This program is designed to reveal to women how negative messages and/or experiences can shaped thoughts and influence negative behavior patterns that contribute to depression, or depression related symptoms and anxiety, diminished quality of life, unstable relationships, and limited future outlook. We will engage women in foundational principles to change the mindset to enable them to explore and pursue new opportunities to enhance lifestyles, strengthen the family institution and community. We will provide practical concepts and processes that will influence positive change within themselves, their family and their sphere of influence.

Men of Strength - This program is designed to provide a platform where men can gain deeper understanding on how negative thought patterns along with persistent labels have contributed to their self-imposes limitations and impacted their quality of life and family relationships. This program will teach foundational principles to change the mindset and position participants in discover their true identity as Leaders and as Pillars for their families and their community. It will also provide emotional and psychological support to eradicate depression and depressed relate symptoms teach anger management and positive self-regard to increase productivity. The ultimately goal is to equipped men to be positive role models and a conduit for positive change for themselves. We will cover topics such as:
